Can you see how much ‘work’ is involved to be in tadasana (mountain pose) or close to the posture on the top left. Each one of us starts with one of, or a variation of one of these postures and brings it into whatever we do. Perhaps one of the greatest gifts or benefits of yoga is that it cultivates awareness of our habits to see what we are doing repeatedly to maintain this posture. Once we start working towards our own balance through our practices it becomes yoga therapy .
